We agreed on a price based on 18k gold and a 30% diamond discount, but the staff tried to manipulate the bill after I made payment with credit card. Here is how they tried to trick me: 1. The Switch: The bill listed the item as 14k gold instead of the agreed 18k. 2. The Manipulation: To hide the lower gold value, they drastically reduced the diamond discount so the final total remained the same high price. 3. The Lie: When confronted, they claimed the numbers were adjusted for "credit card charges" (which are never hidden in item prices). I insisted they recalculate the bill using the correct 14k gold rate and the original 30% discount. It turned out they had overcharged me by 7,000. They refunded the cash only because I caught them red-handed. This was not a calculation mistake; it was a deliberate attempt to take advantage of a customer who might not check the math.
